Processing and Agreement

  • The Granting Committee reviews applications in October.
  • Grant recommendations are submitted to the Foundation Board of Directors in November.
  • Successful applicants are notified before the last week of November.
  • Successful applicants are paid by the end of the year.

  • All submitted materials become the property of the Foundation.
  • Applicants consent to the sharing of application information with staff, the Board, donors, media, and subject-matter experts.
  • Follow-up reporting is required from all successful grant applicants.
