• Step 1: Complete the application form
  • Provide applicant and building information.
  • Include the project description and planned dates.
• Step 2: Prepare supporting materials
  • Attach required photos, specifications, estimates, drawings, designs, and samples.
  • Include signed terms and conditions and owner consent if applicable.
• Step 3: Submit the application
  • Send the application to the North Coast Regional District by email, mail, or fax.
• Step 4: Complete the project and report expenses
  • Submit proof of final completion, expenditure verification, and final inspection proof when required.

• Applications are reviewed after submission to confirm the proposed work and required conditions.
• Approved projects must be completed before payment is issued.
• Final payment depends on proof of completion, expenditure verification, and any required final inspection.

• Funding is provided through Northern Development Initiative Trust’s Business Facade Improvement program.
