Eligible expenses

  • Project-related expenses for a new initiative, service, or responsibility

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Capital projects on property held by private landowners
  • Applications from individuals, commercial organizations, or industrial organizations
  • Applications from local boards
  • Projects that duplicate successful existing projects in Norfolk County

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by the Selection Committee in March
  • The committee evaluates applications and makes recommendations to Council

  • Grant recipients must submit a project report within 60 days after completion
