Eligible expenses

- Capital projects on property held by private landowners
- Applications from individuals, commercial organizations, or industrial organizations
- Applications from local boards
- Projects that duplicate successful existing projects in Norfolk County

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the Selection Committee in March
- The committee evaluates applications and makes recommendations to Council
- Applicants are notified by email by the end of April
- Successful applicants receive an approval letter and must follow the grant terms and conditions
- Grant recipients must submit a project report within 60 days after completion
