Selection criteria
- For capital support, the project must achieve at least a 30% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
- Preference is given to larger portfolios in some cases, including organizations with 10+ multi-unit residential buildings.
- Projects planning or retrofitting at least two buildings may qualify for higher support.

- Completed applications are reviewed after submission.
- Applicants are contacted within three weeks.
