Selection criteria

  • For capital support, the project must achieve at least a 30% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions.
  • Preference is given to larger portfolios in some cases, including organizations with 10+ multi-unit residential buildings.
  • Projects planning or retrofitting at least two buildings may qualify for higher support.

Processing and Agreement

  • Completed applications are reviewed after submission.
  • Applicants are contacted within three weeks.
  • Additional information or a meeting may be requested.
