Eligibility

Who is eligible?

  • Builder/Developer for new construction projects
  • Owner of the premises in which the products are installed for new construction projects
  • Owner for retrofit projects
  • Lessee for retrofit projects

Who is not eligible

  • Customers who self-generate electricity may not be eligible to participate in this Program

Eligible expenses

  • Commercial clothes washers
  • Heat pump water heaters
  • Heating and cooling systems, including dual fuel rooftop units, gas absorption heat pumps, packaged terminal heat pumps, split system air source heat pumps, rooftop unit air source heat pumps and variable refrigerant flow systems
  • LED lighting and controls, including LED interior luminaires, LED exterior luminaires, LED street lights and pole/arm mounted luminaires, common area lighting, occupancy sensors and photocell sensors
  • In-suite appliances and bathroom fans

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Used or rebuilt products
  • Occupancy sensors with a manual on switch override
