Who is eligible?
- Independent production companies based in one of the participating countries: Canada, the Netherlands, Belgium (Flanders, Wallonia), Portugal or Luxembourg.
Who is not eligible
- Applicants who are not producers working for a production company (legal entity).
- Applicants whose producer and director and/or writer are not from a participating country.
- Applicants from countries that are not on the list of representatives.
- Applications that are incomplete.
- Projects that have been submitted to New Dawn before.

Processing and Agreement
- The assessment of the applications will be done by a committee of independent international film professionals.
- You will receive an email.
- You will also receive an email if you are not selected.
- The selection will be announced in September 2026.
