Eligibility
Who is eligible?
- Non-profit organizations (NPOs).
- Cooperatives.
- A group of citizens may submit an application for neighborhood public markets and solidarity markets if it is sponsored by a legally constituted organization.
Who is not eligible
- NPOs and cooperatives that do not demonstrate sound democratic governance.
- Applicants with amounts owing to the City of Quebec.

- Expenses directly related to carrying out the project.

How to apply
- Submit a complete application to the Economic Development and Major Projects Department of the City of Quebec no later than 15 May of each year, with the required documents.
Processing and Agreement
- Submitting a project does not guarantee its acceptance.
- The City of Quebec reserves the right to award or not award funding based on its evaluation and the availability of funds.
- Project eligibility does not guarantee the granting of funding; the granting remains at the full discretion of the duly authorized authorities of the City of Quebec for that purpose.
- The applicant undertakes to sign an agreement with the City regarding the grant awarded.
- The terms of payment of the City of Quebec's financial contribution will be specified in the agreement between the parties.
