  • Travel and accommodation for the award ceremony in Ottawa.

Selection criteria

  • Leadership: initiative in natural sciences, environment, or nature protection at local, national, or international scale.
  • Innovation: use of novel approaches in actions or programs for the benefit of nature.
  • Inspiration: ability to motivate others to get involved for the benefit of nature.
