Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after the deadline and ranked by the Awards Committee.
- Decisions are issued by email in early to mid-May for spring and mid- to late November for fall.
- If approved, reimbursement is paid after required proof of expenses and attendance or completion is submitted.
- If funding is later fully covered by other sources, the applicant must notify the Trust and return the Trust funds.

- Only one bursary is awarded each year.
- Applicants are notified by email.
- Late applications are not considered.
- If spring applications are insufficient, decisions may be deferred to the fall competition.
