How to apply

- Fill out the Youth Fund application form.

- Step 2: Submit the application
- Email, fax, mail, or deliver the completed form in person.
- Submit at least one month before the funds are needed when possible.
- Submit summer event applications by May 31.
- Step 3: Review and decision
- Staff liaisons review the application and may request clarification.
- MYAC considers the application at its monthly meeting.
- Step 4: Notification and payment
- Applicants are notified after the decision.
- If approved, the cheque is mailed or can be picked up by prior arrangement.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are first collected and reviewed by MYAC staff liaisons.
- Completed applications are forwarded to MYAC for consideration at monthly meetings.
- Applicants are notified after MYAC makes its decision.
- If approved, payment is issued by cheque to the individual or organization.
Additional information
- Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until funds are depleted.
- Submissions for summer events should be made by May 31.
- A final report is required after the project.
- Successful recipients are asked to acknowledge MYAC support and invite a MYAC representative.
