- Complete the school and applicant information sections.
- Prepare the Request Form with planned purchases and costs.
- Gather the letter of support and student testimonial.
- Step 4: Submit the application online
- Submit the full application through the MusiCounts Grant Portal.
- Keep the confirmation email for your records.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed through an adjudication process after submission.
- Applications are assessed on need, program leadership and sustainability, and impact potential.
- Applicants are notified of the outcome in late spring 2026, with notifications no later than summer 2026.
- No changes can be made after the final application deadline.
