- Read the Community Improvement Plan in its entirety.
- Contact the Planning department by calling 705-738-3800 ext. 234 or by emailing development@trentlakes.ca to discuss your interest in the program and arrange a Pre-Consultation Meeting.
- If you are not the property owner, have the owner fill out the authorization form.
- Complete the application form and upload the required supporting documents.
- Submit the application.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by staff against program requirements.
- Staff make a recommendation to Council or Council’s designate.
- Approval is required before the grant is issued.
- Some programs require a grant agreement with the Municipality.
- Applicants may appeal a refusal by Council’s designate to Council.
