- Exterior and interior painting, lighting, siding removal or replacement, brick or stone repointing and restoration
- Storefront redesign, signage, awnings, windows, doors, and masonry or stone work
- Interior renovations that improve floors, appearance, or building functionality
- Accessibility-related and architectural feature improvements

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by a committee on a monthly basis.
- The first intake gives priority to vacant building owners in the CIPA areas.
- Projects must receive approval before starting work.
- If approved, the project must be completed by December 7, 2026 and a completion form must be submitted with photos and paid invoices.
- Applications must be complete before they are considered submitted.
