Ineligible Costs and Activities
- New building construction or vacant site development for the Building and Land Improvement Grant.
- Backlit signs, pylon signs, window signage or décor, bubble awnings, and brick painting.
- Asphalt shingling.
- Resubmission or additional review fees, consulting fees, and legal fees for the Municipal Fees and Charges Rebate.
- General reassessment-related tax increases are not eligible under the TIER program.
