- Municipal development charges, parkland dedication payments, and planning or building permit fees for eligible projects.
- Tax increments or property tax assistance tied to eligible development or remediation.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- New building construction or vacant land development under the Building and Land Improvement Grant.
- Backlit signs, pylon signs, window signage or décor, bubble awnings, brick painting, and asphalt shingling.
- Fees charged by outside parties, including consulting and legal fees, under the Municipal Fees and Charges Rebate.
- General tax increases from reassessment, legislation changes, or mill rate increases under the TIER program.
