Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by municipal staff and the CIP Taskforce.
- The CIP Taskforce makes recommendations to Council within 30 days after the application deadline.
- Council makes the final decision on approval, extensions, and funding allocation.
- Approved applicants sign a Financial Assistance Agreement.
- Funding is paid after completion, upon proof of paid invoices.

- Only one grant or loan can be approved per property within a 3-year period.
- Projects must comply with applicable bylaws, codes, and guidelines.
- A pre-application meeting is required for Tax Increment Equivalent applications.
