  • Cleaning, painting, sandblasting, cladding, masonry repair, and exterior architectural features.
  • Replacement windows and doors, including energy-efficient or accessible options.

Selection criteria

  • Priority is given to projects that best meet the program guidelines.

  • For TIEF, the property value must increase by at least 25% after the project.

How to apply
