How to apply

  • Step 1: Access the online service
    • Municipal employees with a clicSÉQUR user code can access PRIMEAU automatically if their municipality is registered in PGAMR.
    • Consultants and collaborators must be mandated by a municipality and registered in PGAMR.
  • Step 2: Prepare the request
    • Complete the application form through the PRIMEAU online service on PGAMR.
    • Prepare the required supporting declarations and attestations.
  • Step 3: Submit progress claims
    • Report work progress and incurred expenses periodically through the online service.
  • Step 4: Submit the final declaration
    • After all work is completed, submit the final declaration within the required delay.
    • Include the external auditor’s certification and the required supporting forms.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications and claims are reviewed through the online PRIMEAU service.
  • Municipalities must submit periodic progress updates on incurred expenses.
  • A final expense declaration must be submitted after all work is completed.
  • The final declaration must be certified by an external auditor.
  • The aid is reimbursed after required claims and supporting documents are accepted.
