- Students entering a Canadian post-secondary institution
- Applicants pursuing full-time studies

- Municipal elected officials
- Permanent Township staff
- Immediate family members of elected officials or permanent staff

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by Council.
- Recipients are selected based on weighted criteria.
- Award notification is issued to the chosen applicant.
- The award must be accepted within 30 days.
- Funds are paid after proof of enrollment, in two installments.
Additional information
- Applications must be submitted by May 31 each year.
- Scholarship awards are decided by Council.
- All Council decisions are final.
- Recipients may be recognized in local media and on Township channels.
