- Selection is made with the Secrétariat aux aînés based on work eligibility, priority level, and available budget.
- Successful applicants receive a signed promise letter, generally within about 10 months of the call opening.
- Approved work may start only after the promise letter is received.
- Periodic expense reporting and a final accountability submission are required.
