How to apply
- Submit grant requests to the Director of Finance using the prescribed application form
- Submit in-kind assistance requests at least 60 days before the event
- If the application is complete, it will be forwarded to the Committee for evaluation
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the Municipal Grants Review Committee
- Financial assistance requests are also brought to Council for approval
- Applicants are notified in writing if funding is refused
- Approved applicants receive a letter of award with any conditions or restrictions
- A final report must be submitted after the event or program
