  • In-kind support for approved event needs

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by the Director of Finance or designate and relevant department directors.
  • Recommendations are brought to Council for approval.
  • Applicants are notified after the budget process.
  • Funding is released after the Letter of Agreement is signed and received.

  • Subject to annual budget approval.
  • Only one application per organization per year.
  • Applicants must sign a Letter of Agreement before funding is released.
  • Unused funds must be returned after the event.
