Eligibility

Who is eligible?

  • Shared service start-up or expansion costs.
  • Shared vehicles and motorized equipment for approved initiatives.

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Construction, renovation, or purchase of buildings and infrastructure.
  • General administration costs of the program.
  • Lobbying services.
  • Fines or reparations from lawsuits, citations, or regulatory actions.
  • Replacement of existing vehicles or equipment.

How to apply

  • Create a Keystone Login account through Registration if you do not already have one with another agency using the Keystone Login Service.
  • Click Register and enter all of the information into the fields with a red asterisk, then create your profile, login information, and security questions.
  • Complete the DCED Single Application online.
  • Submit all required attachments electronically.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are submitted online through DCED’s Single Application.
  • DCED reviews applications and may request additional documentation.
  • Funding decisions depend on fund availability.
  • Applicants not selected for funding are notified in writing.
