How to apply

  • Step 1: Prepare the application
    • Complete the MEI application form.
    • Prepare the project description, objectives, outcomes, and budget.
    • Gather the required supporting information and acknowledgments.
  • Step 2: Submit the application
    • Submit the application electronically through the online form or by the required form process.
    • Send the application before the annual deadline of October 30.
  • Step 3: Await the decision
    • Applications are reviewed after the deadline.
    • Decisions are announced in December.
  • Step 4: Complete post-project reporting
    • Submit the final report by May 1 in the following fiscal year.
    • Complete the project evaluation form and return it by email.
