- Membership fees and costs above Treasury Board travel and hospitality rates

- PHAC screens the submission for eligibility and completeness.
- Successful applicants are invited to submit a proposal.
- Step 4: Proposal stage
- Submit the full proposal if invited.
- The proposal is reviewed before a funding decision is made.
