Who is eligible?
- Postdoctoral fellows in medical research fields.

- Applicants who completed their PhD in the department where they are applying.
- Applicants without a supervisor holding a primary appointment in Dalhousie University’s Faculty of Medicine.

- Applications are reviewed by a subcommittee of the Research Advisory Committee in the Faculty of Medicine.

- Successful applicants receive a one-year award administered through the supervisor.

- Successful fellows are expected to apply for external funding during the first year.
- Second-year support is competitive and not guaranteed.
