  • Organizations listed in the public contracts non-eligibility registry (RENA)
  • Bankrupt or insolvent organizations
  • BGA holders, free-market wood buyers, and harvest permit holders for supplying a wood-processing plant
  • MRCs that did not sign the delegation agreement within the required timeframe

  • Roadwork, grading, drainage, gravel, and signage
  • Professional fees, supervision, and project management
  • Equipment and supply purchases, room rental, and publication costs
  • Machinery rental

    • Projects must be submitted to the MRC of your territory.
  • Step 3: After submission
    • Keep the final report form available for project completion.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are assessed by the program administrator after submission.
  • Approved projects must be completed under the program’s reporting requirements.
  • A final activity report must be submitted after the work is completed.
