Who is eligible?
- Young entrepreneurs aged 18 to 39.

- People under 18 or over 39.
- Applicants who are not Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Quebec.
- People enrolled in full-time studies.
- Businesses with religious, sexual, political, spiritual, or esoteric activities.
- Activities that may harm the reputation of the MRC de Maskinongé or other government organizations.
Eligible expenses
- Professional fees, expert fees, and consultant or specialist services for feasibility studies.
- Capital expenses such as land, building, equipment, machinery, vehicles, and incorporation fees.
- Technology, software, licenses, patents, and related acquisition costs.
- Training fees, learning materials, and approved advisory services.
- Working capital for the first year of operations.

- Expenses incurred before the application is received by the MRC.
- Operating expenses of a business or organization.
- Debt service or repayment of existing or future loans.
