Who is eligible?

  • Applicants who are not Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Quebec.
  • People enrolled in full-time studies.
  • Businesses with religious, sexual, political, spiritual, or esoteric activities.
  • Activities that may harm the reputation of the MRC de Maskinongé or other government organizations.

Eligible expenses

  • Professional fees, expert fees, and consultant or specialist services for feasibility studies.
  • Capital expenses such as land, building, equipment, machinery, vehicles, and incorporation fees.
  • Technology, software, licenses, patents, and related acquisition costs.
  • Training fees, learning materials, and approved advisory services.
  • Working capital for the first year of operations.

  • Expenses incurred before the application is received by the MRC.
  • Operating expenses of a business or organization.
  • Debt service or repayment of existing or future loans.
