This financial assistance in the form of a grant is available to any person who:- Is a Canadian citizen or immigrant and permanent resident of Quebec;- Is aged between 18 and 39 at the time of registration;- Possesses experience and/or relevant training for the project;- Commits to working full-time in the company (minimum of 35 hours per week);- Establishes their business project within the territory of the MRC of Maskinongé.The entrepreneur must not be enrolled in a full-time study program.
