- Copy of the bids selected, proof of financing or confirmation from financial partners, business plan, action plan or other documents deemed relevant, and the latest available annual financial report, if applicable.

Processing and Agreement
- Submitted applications are analyzed by a selection committee.
- The recommended project, if applicable, and the amount of financial assistance are submitted to the council of mayors for authorization to sign the agreement.
- Each selected project is subject to an agreement between the MRC des Laurentides and the promoter, notably regarding payment conditions and the accountability reporting required.
- The organization must inform the MRC of any intended change that could modify the original project; the selection committee then assesses whether or not to maintain the subsidy granted.
- The MRC may claim repayment of the financial assistance if one of the required criteria related to the project is not respected.
