Eligibility criteria of the MRC du Golfe-du-Saint-Laurent — Rural Development Fund (FDR) program
- The applicant must be a municipality, municipal organization, MRC, or the council of a designated Indigenous community.
- Non-profit organizations are eligible.

Who is not eligible
- Private for-profit businesses are not eligible.
- Fire and municipal security service providers cannot receive funding for related activities.

- Working capital for the first year of operation.

- Organizations located within the territory of the MRC du Golfe-du-Saint-Laurent.
