Eligibility
- The applicant must be a municipality, municipal organization, MRC, or the council of a designated Indigenous community.
- Non-profit organizations are eligible.
- Solidarity and consumer cooperatives can apply.
- Organizations operating in the education, health, culture, environment, heritage, or social services sectors covering all or part of the territory are eligible.
- The project must support rural development objectives such as community survival, job creation, improved local services, or community well-being.

- Solidarity and consumer cooperatives

Who is not eligible
- Private for-profit businesses are not eligible.
- Fire and municipal security service providers cannot receive funding for related activities.

- Working capital for the first year of operation.

How to apply
