Eligible expenses

  • Project-related salaries, benefits, rent, travel, data acquisition, materials, and equipment
  • Planning and study costs, including professional or contractual fees
  • Construction, development, and project implementation costs
  • Costs related to consultation and coordination activities
  • Administrative expenses within the program limits

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Expenses incurred before the application is received by the MRC
  • Completed projects or current operating costs
  • Loans, loan guarantees, equity investments, interest, or deficit coverage
  • Projects in restoration, retail trade, or places of worship for religious use
  • Expenses not directly related to the project or for non-compliant beneficiaries
