Eligibility
- The applicant must be a local municipality, a social economy enterprise or cooperative (excluding those in the financial sector), a non-profit organization, or an organization within the education sector.
- The project must take place in eligible territories, specifically local municipalities with a low IVE (quintiles 3, 4, or 5), such as Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, and not already covered by a vitalization agreement with their MRC.
- The project must address a particular difficulty in completing its financial structuring.
