- The project must involve creating a new business or purchasing an existing business in an eligible sector.
- The applicant must provide a curriculum vitae and a written document describing the project.
- The business must be located within the MRC de D’Autray.
- The project must be submitted to the evaluation committee through a Development Économique D’Autray advisor.
