- Municipal infrastructure, services, works or routine operations funded by municipal budgets or other government programs
- Maintenance of municipal infrastructure
- Costs incurred before the project is submitted
- Projects competing with existing businesses or projects
- Recurring projects and an organization’s operating or administrative costs

Processing and Agreement
- The MRC reviews complete applications in March 2025.
- Applicants receive an acceptance or refusal notice by email with explanations.
- Missing documents may be submitted until April 11, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.
- Final decisions are made by the council of mayors on May 14, 2025 if all required documents have been received.
- Approved projects require a protocol agreement before funding is paid.

- Projects must be completed by April 30, 2026.
- Approved projects are subject to an agreement between the MRC and the applicant.
