  • Ability to meet the expected characteristics and roles of a Table de quartier
  • Positive assessment of the accountability file against the framework criteria
  • Sane financial management, including complete and up-to-date financial statements and budget forecasts
  • Presence of democratic decision-making and coherent operating rules

How to apply

  • The accountability process begins when the coordination committee sends an email to the Tables de quartier.
  • The Tables de quartier then send the accountability package.
  • The partners analyze the accountability submission.
  • The coordination committee consolidates the analysis and formulates joint recommendations.
  • The steering committee validates the letters and recommendations.
  • The coordination committee sends the final letters to the Tables de quartier.

Processing and Agreement

  • The annual accountability file is analyzed jointly by the coordination committee.
  • When expectations are met, a letter recommending triennial renewal or annual payment is sent.
  • If expectations are not met, the coordination committee may recommend renewal with conditions, annual payment with corrective follow-up, or non-renewal.
  • Appeals may be submitted to the steering committee within the stated deadlines.
