Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by City staff and may include Finance analysis and committee/council consideration.
- If approved, a legal agreement must be executed before incentives are issued.
- Incentives are issued only after project completion, final inspection, and reassessment by MPAC.
- Applications refused by Council cannot proceed further unless the project or requested incentives change substantially.
