Hazel is now limited to registered charities with a primary mandate focused on the creation, presentation, preservation, or dissemination of arts, culture, and heritage, while Smart & Caring now requires a primary mandate focused on children and youth or established ongoing programs that specifically serve children and youth. The page also now points to the 2027 Grant Round Timetable and says the 2027 grant round opens soon, replacing the prior 2026 grant-round messaging.
