Processing and Agreement
- Annual final activity reports are analyzed during the intercalary years.
- If a major mandate change fits the objectives of the Strategic Plan or another plan in force, the agreement may continue without further evaluation of mandate fulfillment.
- If it does not, a consultative committee is convened to make a recommendation.
- The CALQ carries out a budget analysis to establish the annual subsidy amount until the end of the support cycle.
- For repeated accountability problems, the CALQ gives the organization one month to regularize the situation.
