Who is eligible?
- Non-profit organizations.
- National, provincial, territorial, municipal, Indigenous, community, or professional organizations, corporations, or associations.
- Educational institutions.
- Non-governmental organizations.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Ongoing activities.
- Overlapping programs or services already funded or provided by other organizations or government departments.
- Entertainment expenses or participant fees for conferences, workshops, or seminars.
- Thesis projects.
- Capital expenditures, except those related to the purchase of testimonial aid devices.
Selection criteria
- Projects focused on sexual violence are a current funding priority.
- Projects focused on victim-centred restorative justice approaches are a current funding priority.

Processing and Agreement
- The review of an application may take four to six months.
- Incomplete applications may be delayed or rejected.
- A guide is available to help beneficiaries understand the financial requirements in contribution agreements and comply with them.
