Who is eligible?
- Individuals who are residents of the Northwest Territories for at least twelve consecutive months.

- Applicants whose field is outside their primary program of study.
How to apply
- Create a profile on the scholarship application portal.
- Complete the eligibility quiz.
- Submit an application for the student award through the online application portal.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the Student Award Review Committee.
- During June and July, Yellowknife Community Foundation staff and Student Awards Review Committee members conduct due diligence checks and may contact applicants with questions.
- Applicants are notified in mid-to-late July, and every applicant receives notification regardless of funding decision.
