How to apply
- Complete and send in a near-final project statement for the first submission date
- If the project is deemed sufficiently robust, incorporate the comments made and submit your final version
- Finalize and send your project statement signed by all partners for the final submission date
Processing and Agreement
- Project partners must be members in good standing before the first review of the project
- The first submission is forwarded to the MEDTEQ+ team for proofreading and internal revision
- If the project is deemed sufficiently robust, you will be invited to incorporate the comments and submit your final version
- The final submission is forwarded to the MEDTEQ+ Scientific Committee for evaluation, and additional information and clarifications may be requested before the final recommendation
- Approved projects are then sent to the Ministère de l’Économie, de l’Innovation et de l’Énergie, which may request additional information before confirming funding, and an award letter is then sent to the project team, who must sign a research agreement within a few months
