  • How to apply

    • Step 1: Prepare the application
      • Complete the official online form in di@pason.
      • Gather the required supporting documents for the selected component.
    • Step 2: Submit the application
      • Send the completed application through di@pason.
      • Ensure the application is submitted within the fiscal year covered by the financial statements.
    • Step 3: Application review
      • The regional office confirms whether the file is complete.
      • Ineligible or incomplete items may need to be corrected.

    Processing and Agreement

    • Applications are reviewed after submission by the regional office.
    • Only complete applications received by November 30 are assessed for funding.
    • The Ministry issues a letter announcing the funding decision after the annual allocation process.
    • The funding agreement must be signed before support is granted.
