Eligibility

Who is eligible?

  • Registered students within the MDCH graduate program.
  • Students in any year in the CRDS specialization for the S P Cran and Family Graduate Scholarship.

Eligible expenses

  • Travel costs related to conference participation.

Eligible geographic areas

  • University of Calgary

Selection criteria

  • Grade point average (GPA).
  • Research achievements.
  • Progress in program.
  • The entire amount of financial support received.
  • For the Travel Award, preference is given to students presenting an abstract, poster or other oral presentation at the conference.

How to apply

  • Provide the required documentation with your application.
  • Scan all documents and email them to chsgrad@ucalgary.ca.
  • Submit the attached application by the First Monday of each month.

Processing and Agreement

  • Failure to provide full documentation may result in cancellation of the amount of funding received.
  • Submission of an application does not guarantee an award.

  • Some awards are allocated automatically by the program.
  • No action is required from students for MDCH Graduate Student Support.
