Overview
Provides up to $1,000,000 over five years (up to 10%) to support Montréal-based initiatives with positive community impact. Funding supported major capital campaigns and heritage-building revitalization for social-sector use (e.g., financial models, space analysis, consulting, construction and renovation).
Activities funded
- Major fundraising campaigns for large capital projects (major campaigns)
- Revitalization of heritage buildings for use by the social sector
- Participation by hospitals, CISSS and CIUSSS in the Nourish Leadership program (greater Montréal area)

Eligibility
- The project must be Montréal-based and have a positive impact on the greater Montréal community.
- The project must advance one of the Foundation’s focus areas (communities, reconciliation, or climate change) or align with the Montréal criteria described (e.g., major campaigns or heritage-building revitalization for social-sector use).
- For heritage-building projects, the applicant must be a charitable organization or non-profit.

- Hospitals, CISSS and CIUSSS in the greater Montréal area (for the Nourish Leadership program)

- Hospitals and healthcare centres seeking capital campaign support

- Costs to develop financial models (heritage-building projects)
- Space analysis costs (heritage-building projects)
- Consulting/consultancy fees (heritage-building projects)
- Construction and renovation costs (heritage-building projects)

- Funding requests for building purchase (heritage-building projects)
- Capital campaign support for hospitals and healthcare centres
