- Lowest gross annual income, under $20,000 per year

- Activities taking place in the territory of the HSF
How to apply
- Complete the appropriate online form for families, school/municipal/community organizations for youth, or organizations applying for seniors, sports, or new leisure activities.
- Submit the form electronically.
- If applying as a municipal or community organization for seniors, a sports organization, or a promoter of new leisure activities, send an email to mp.hamel@hsfqc.ca to explain the project.
Processing and Agreement
- Requests above $151 are reviewed by the selection committee.
- The committee evaluates applications using a pre-established selection grid.
Additional information
- The fund is financed by the profits generated from the Marche/cours pour le Haut event.
- Applications are organized into three sessions per year, with specific deadlines for each session.
- Requests of $150 or less are automatically reimbursed.
- The selection committee reviews requests above $151 and applies a prioritization order when available funds are exceeded.
