Processing and Agreement
- In considering applications for funding, the Board of Directors relies on the recommendations of the Grants Committee.
- The Grant Selection Committee will review and process applications within 4–6 weeks.
- After a grant is awarded, recipients must participate in MRCF’s Funding + Impacts Night, obtain approval for changes to the project scope, publicly recognize the grant, and submit a Final Project Report within 12 months of the award.

- Applications must include a CRA Registered Charity Number, a comprehensive project-specific budget, and current financial statements.
- Only submissions on MRCF forms will be considered.
- Written applications are accepted until 4:00 pm on the closing date.
