- Financial cooperatives and banking institutions.
- Applicants listed in the Registre des entreprises non admissibles aux contrats publics (RENA).
- Applicants under bankruptcy or insolvency protection.
- Applicants under an animal welfare or safety order.
Eligible expenses
- New agricultural equipment or beekeeping materials purchased from a recognized supplier.
- Eligible equipment with related technological devices, when applicable.
- Project-related costs directly tied to implementation after the application is filed.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Costs incurred before the complete application is filed.
- Equipment rental, used or demo equipment, and equipment financed by lease or instalment sale.
- Internal salaries, administration fees, operating costs, debt financing, and taxes.
- Research and development projects, self-built or adapted equipment, and equipment previously used under rental or service contracts.
- Non-eligible equipment such as tractors, vehicles, irrigation systems, storage and processing equipment, and other items listed as excluded.

How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare the application
