Soil test completed within the past three years, with at least 1 composite sample per 25 acres.
Crop fertility plan prepared by a CCA, agronomist, or the applicant using AgriSuite Field Management tool.
Manure application rate must not exceed nitrogen recommendations, and nutrient applications must follow Ontario’s Nutrient Management Protocol.
