Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after submission.
- Applicants are notified within 10 working days.
- Approved organizations complete an agreement with The Winnipeg Foundation and, where applicable, a local community foundation.
- The Heritage Trust Fund is then established and managed under the agreement.
- Stretch funds are transferred after eligible gifts are counted as of September 30.
