Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the ACLC Honours & Awards Committee
- Three suitable candidates are selected in order of preference
- Final selection is made by Maj Whitty’s family with the Committee Chair
- Recipients are named no later than 30 June each year

- Donations to the bursary are accepted at any time.
- The award is presented as a framed bursary certificate.
